Having been drawn to both teaching and a spiritual path in my early teens, I moved to Sedona, AZ in 1971, with my husband, where we raised our daughter. During that time my spiritual life took off in multiple directions.  My husband and I led a youth group at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church where I also led a Women’s Bible Study for 14 years.  Later, I served as Youth Minister for 7 years at St. John Vianney Catholic Church.  I went on to train in Spiritual Direction, and although I have a strong Christian background, I have a profound respect for all faith traditions, or none! 

I was introduced to the Enneagram in the 1980s through Fr. Richard Rohr and continue to study and teach it. In 2006 I obtained formalized certification in the Narrative Tradition.  A founding Board Member of the Arizona Enneagram Association (now merged with The Narrative Enneagram) I have led a monthly Study Group in my home since 2008.  I also lead a smaller, more intimate 9-point group, as well as 1-day to 1-week enneagram workshops throughout the state and beyond.  Certified in Projective Dream Work, as a Paradox Management Consultant, and more recently in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I am an Enneagram practitioner for Sedona Soul Adventures.  My passion for strong and balanced three-centered living is grounded in coming to terms with Paradox and in the Perennial Wisdom tradition.
